I built this from the inside out.

I grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana — a city that taught me resilience before I ever knew I'd need it. I earned my BBA from Louisiana Tech University, went on to complete my MBA, and became a member of the International Business Honor Society (Beta Gamma Sigma). I was proud of every credential. And I worked for all of it.
For years I did everything right: climbed the corporate ladder, earned a seat at every table, and eventually became a Senior Director of Sales at Ally Financial — managing a $500M+ premium portfolio and leading high-performance teams. From the outside, it looked like success. And it was. But I knew something was missing.
I was saving money instead of circulating it. Earning well, but not building ownership. And I looked around and saw every high-achieving woman I knew doing the exact same thing — working harder for a paycheck while wealth quietly accumulated for everyone else.
My husband Henry and I had already started quietly investing in real estate — our first property in 2008, then another, then another. By the time I stepped back to look at what we'd built through Beard Properties, it was a seven-figure portfolio. And I realized: the framework that worked for us could work for other women too.
That's why I created MultipliHER. Not to be another financial guru. But to be the woman in the room who tells you exactly how she did it — step by step — and walks alongside you while you do it too.
